Salary bands for BPO's in Pune

Hi ,

I would like to know freshers package for BPO or Back office (NON-VOICE) of few bigger MNC’s like

WNS
WIPRO
INFOSYS
TATA
COGNIZANT

What are the other employee benifits like additional allowances?
Do they provide employee pick up & drop for day shift as well?

Please assist if anyone knows.

I could get through some information on this area, and sharing the same.

Average Base Pay is around ₹ 16,559 per month, and a max of 29,000. If you observe companies like Wipro and Concentrix or Infosys have it around 17k to 20K range and the max of 32k to 35k.

Some of the employee benefits they offer are:
