Hi All,
Would like to know, Annual return due date for the FY 2021 extended in Karnataka (Shops and Establishment)? If yes, what is the due date?
I heard Year 2020 it was extended.

Hi Vidya Mohan,

Annual returns under Karnataka Shops & Establishments Act has to be filed on or before 31 January every year.

As far as I know, didn’t see any notification for this year extending the due-date.

The last date will be 31st January 2022, better to submit on time as there is no notification of extension at the moment.

Can anyone explain how annual returns have to be filed under shop and establishment act?
Do we have to file return online?
