Agree with @Ankit

Add some company news, like thr growth path in which we are now, and what are the next action plan for company from the founders side, what’s new in your product or org. etc.,

This will give your employees a positive mindset, as we do not meet like before and employees might be unaware about the growth.

R&R as ankit said will be very important to motivate the best performers even more and others to know there is a tough competition to fight for.
