Hi Shweta,
We have quarterly one-on-one HR connects with each employee. Other than that we use our internal communication Forum to share updates be it wellness related topics, so fun stuff, Covid related information and alike. We also have employee assistance program partner and share mails shared by them. Other than that we may send a few POSH awareness mails as well.

Hi,
We can ask questions on some current affairs or entertainment industry etc. [On anything]and give them time limit and then winner name will be announced via email only with correct answer.
For Eg: Which covid vaccine India will import and from which country. or Who is the celebrity penalized Rs. 20L for SC? 
*In this way employee will be engaged and updated too on the information.
