I am asked to prepare travel policy, can any one please do help me with the template and let me know what is the average we can provide per km, if the employees use their personal vehicle to visit client place.

Dear Raya,
In our organisation, the reimbursement policy we have adopted is as follows:
2-Wheeler – Rs 8.00 Per Km
4-Wheeler – Rs 12.00 Per Km
Alternatively, they can use Cab and on actual reimbursement.
