Please could you help me in drafting a travel policy for an engineering company? The staff includes Sr. Executives (top management), Executives (mid level and Service Engineers) and staff (production).
The travel is to A cities and B cities for service, installation etc.

You can prepare the policy with Objective, Scope, Eligibility, Approvals, etc with Employee Gade and City Classification, Travel Mode, Using own Vehicle - Petrol Allowance, If it is full day - Food allowance, Outstaton visit - Accomodation, etc. Inclusions & Exclusions will be based on your company’s requirement.
