It really depends on what you consider as Need to have and Nice to have…
The list is actually long. Starting from Recruitment , terms and conditions of employment, compensation, employee benefits, performance management, grievance management, POSH, Exit etc. Each topic mentioned here may contain one or many policies .
Alternatively you can If outsource the HR function to a competent HRO firm who will do the initial setting up and stabilising. Interested ?
