What is the process of F&F settlement?

Hi Everyone,

I would like to confirm that in how many days we can proceed the full & final settlement salary of the employee who serve the resignation. Usually our company process the final settlement dues within 24-48 hours. but now we will change our internal policy we would like to process the final settlement withing 45 days. shall we do that?

Hi,
The companies will follow the difference policies towards the Full & Final Settlement. However you can introduce the new policy of Settlement. But as per the gratuity act, the same should be settled within 30days of span. So you can schedule the policy accordingly.
