With over 16 years of experience as an HRBusiness partner, she has worked with MindTree, Tech Mahindra and Oracle. She has diverse experience in Talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. She is passionate about finding creative solutions and working with the business to develop a people culture that is fun, challenging, and rewarding.

Employee benefits is at the core of overall employee experience. Employees want to know if the company has their overall welfare in mind and want to work for an organization which looks after their health , wellness and financial stability.
