The due date for Annual Returns for Minimum Wages is January 31st. Could you please guide me on what we need to file in this Minimum Wage Annual Return?

  1. Form U - Combined Annual Returns online by logging into e_karmika website
  2. Form L&A - Maternity Register - hard copy to be submitted to your concerned Division
  3. Form - B - Register of Fines Realized & Unpaid Accumulations - hard copy to be submitted to your concerned Division
  4. Form - D - Equal Remuneration - hard copy to be submitted to your concerned Division
  5. Form -D - Annual Return - Bonus paid to employees - hard copy to be submitted to your concerned Division within 9 months from financial yea end

As per Karnataka, 20 PL’s & 12 SL’s per calendar year are mandatory. PL’s can carry forward to next year, whereas SL’s will not be carry forwarded.
