  1. Cash incentives-you can have a systematic policy which will ease implementation;

  2. For those continuously showing full attendance continuously for many years, one increment or advance increment may be considered;

  3. With All the above or if no monetary incentive could be given, issue appreciation letter for every year of such attendance and pin up his/her photo at the entrance with a suitable citation;

  4. Host a party or give him treat along with Sr.management;

  5. If there is a laid down promotion policy-consider give such employees bonus points so that they are better placed among other eligible employees and so on.
