I would like to seek clarification on the calculation of compensation for employees working on National Holidays.
Kindly confirm the following:

Whether employees should be paid double wages for working on a National Holiday, and

Whether the calculation should be based on:

Per-day in-hand salary, or
-
Per-day gross salary, or
-
Per-day basic salary.
