Earned Leaves!

Sir, I work in an IT firm, here earned leaves are part of the CTC, 5 Hospitality Leaves and no CL, So my question is Can earned leaves be a part of CTC, Please guide.

Earned leave cannot be a part of CTC. Its an emolument received by the employee in lieu of the leaves entitled to him but not availed by him. Hence it is not a part of the current CTC .It can be considered as a part of internal CTC.
