What all benefits should be given to Employee in death case?

Hi,

Employee Death Benefits are

  1. EDLI (Employee Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme) from EPFO
  2. Gratuity
  3. Term Insurance (Incase of Policy in place by Company)
  4. Incase of accident on site, benefit under Workmen Compensation Act
  5. Incase covered under ESIC, Benefit to Family Members

Hi,

Death Benefits are:

  1. Under PF_ EDLI death Insurance Benefit.
  2. Under Gratuity: Gratuity Life Insurance.
  3. If company has given any accidental Insurance , under that complete sum Insured Amount.
  4. Under ESI: If an employee covered under ESI then ESI corporation will provide death benefit .
  5. From company side contribution (if policy in place)then that benefit too.
