EPF Transfer Claim Rejected , Reason EPS contribution Not recieved

I was not an EPS member when i was employed with Employer 1. When i joined Employer 2 I made a mistake and marked as “Yes” for whether memebr of EPS, So EPS contribution started from employer 2. Now my EPF transfer claim is rejected with reason : EPS CONTRIBUTION NOT DEPOSITED BUT DOJ DOE OF EPS MENTIONED

Tried raising grievence regarding the same but it was closed without any resolution getting no support from EPFO. What to be done in this regard ?

Hi @SahilChopra1 ,

EPS CONTRIBUTION NOT DEPOSITED BUT DOJ DOE OF EPS MENTIONED ---- rejected with this reason - means DOJ and DOE of EPS is mentioned by the employer, but EPS contribution is not deposited. So you need to write to employer 2 asking them to deposit the EPS so that this can be resolved. Employer 2 have to deposit this

What if employer want to contribute EPS amount now to their current employee who was not part of EPS scheme to former employer because of they showed more than 15k , so my question is can we make change for EPS for that employee
