Dear team, my employer not deposited eps contribution they had deposited eps contribution into epf and basic salary is 21000, I’m a former member of EPS, now when I apply form 19 it’s getting rejection. Now the employer denied to file 3A or clarifications letter, grievance already filed but no satisfactory response get. What should I have to do.
