I have applied for EPS online by submitting Form 10D.But it was got rejected.
I have completed 58 years as on 3 jan 2025.My service is more than 10 years .
I have joined one organisation on May 2025, and left on August 2025.In this period no EPS IS deducted.Only PF contribution was deducted.
When in this month i applied for EPS online through form 10 D, and took print and submitted to PF office but they rejected it as date of exit in EPS was August 2025 it was by default came in form.When i submitted this form in PF thane office .They rejected it and told me to insert date on which I got 58 years complete.I.e 3 jan 2025.And told me give joint declaration form through last employer.When i approached to employer they said employee also can edit.
So I change the date of exit but start of EPS date i am enterering is not get accepted.
So any one can guide me through this and help me.
