Pls guide on the following issue.
I am member of EPS-95 since 2011 and UAN generated; further internally transfered to another gorup company and the new (current) UAN is generated. In 2018 the first UAN is merged with the current UAN and the service and the accrued amount transfered to the second UAN and further service and EPF account maintained. In 2019 joined my second company and declared the current UAN. My basic was more than 15000/- , the second company, continued the EPF contribution, but, not credited the EPS portion, full employer contribution is credited in EPF from 4/2019 to 5/2022, till I left the second company.
Took a break and joined thrid company in 02/2023 and they continued the EPF and EPS. The account from second company EPF regional office Rajkot to thrid company region office Meerut (Form-13) transfered automatically in 05/2023. In third company, my EPF/EPS contribution continued,EPS till due month 04/2023 till the age of 58 yrs (My DOB is 08-04-1965) and EPF till 12/2004 as I continued the service after 58 years and retired on 31-12-2024. Now, I am not working.
I have applied for final with drawal Form 19 and pension Form 10D in the month of April/2025, on attaining 60 years of age online. having total 10yrs 7 month pensionable service (till 4/2023) for EPF pension. EPFO approved by Form19 and paid the eligible amount and rejected the Form10D stating overlap in service in first and second compnay, DOJ error was there in second company and rectified the same through Joint declaration. Further submitted the 10D and again they rejected stating the reason DoE not OK… which is also rectified by JD through by third company. The changes / corrections done online with my (member) log in is not updated in EPFO records immediately. again they rejected… finally I submitted all the screen shots of account transfer details, the service details and JD details to EPFO and applied for pension; against that application also EPFO rejected the claim stating the EPS contribution is not there from 04/2019 to 05/2022 during my stay in second company, asking the reason.. I escalated the EPF and asked them to recover the amount from my dues, as I am eligible for pension from 04/2023. Still they are asking the reason from second company for further processing.
Spoke to the second company and highlighted the issue. they are cooperating, but they are not clear how to clear the issue, rectify the records..
