I am getting the above error while trying to upload the EPFO notepad file to create Challan .
Below is the error line.
Employee is 21 year old. Verified Basic Salary is below 15000 and this employee is eligible for EPFO.
Can’t understand what is the issue in the below line.

Please let me how to resolve the issue.
