Hi ,
In ESI portal after login , on the first page itself you will get an option “e-pechan card” which is nothing but a TIC with complete detail of an employee and his dependent.

We can link Aadhar with IP insurance number so TIC will automatically be converted into a Permanent Identity Card (PIC) so the employee and his family members can avail benefits under the ESI Scheme, without any problems.
The Temporary Identity Certificate (TIC) is issued when an employee is registered under the ESIC scheme.
TIC is converted to a Permanent Identity Card (PIC) when the IP number is linked with Aadhaar.
The employer needs to download a Pehchan application form from the ESIC portal (www. esic .in) and fill in the details of the employee. The employee has to submit a family photograph containing the photos of the dependents and the employer has to attest the photograph.
Yes Ankit Thanks .
apart from this conversion of TIC to PIC is important as TIC is only valid for 30 days .
