Company having more than one office/branch, do we file separate e-TDS returns for each office/branch or can we file a consolidated return for all offices/branches? Can we quote the same TAN for filing e-TDS returns for each branch?

ETDS Return is filed together across all the Locations. We don’t need to file is separately for different Location. Your TAN will remain same for same entity working @ different locations.

1.f company is having more than one branch company can file a consolidated
e-TDS return for all branches but you should quote the same TAN for all branches .
2.You can also file e-TDS returns branch-wise individually where you
need to have separate TAN for every branch.
