Hi Shefali,
There is nothing called separately. In PF you need to edit nominee details and in Gratuity too you will have to submit revised nominee details.

Employee >> Information >> Nomination Details >> Select Employee >> Add Nomination

@Aparna, Thanks for the response. I mentioned ‘separately’ because employee may like to nominate different people for Gratuity and PF.

Hi Shefali,
Yes, you can update the nomination “Separate” via mentioning % in EPFO portal and in Gratuity via Nomination change request.
Like earlier you had made your father as nominee -100%, now you got married so need to add one more nomination then you will have to do:
Father-50%
Spouse-50%
