How does the ‘employee’ leave policy apply (if at all) to the Directors of the company?

Please share your suggestions / advice.

Hi @Sathish_J08

Directors are governed by their Agreement of Appointment. All the T&C’s are mentioned in the Agreement.

Also, Leave & Attendance policy is not applicable to them.
