Please let me know how to calculate the salary changes due to COVID 19. As we need to pay different percentages of salaries to different staff.
Should I calculate the salary whether on Gross of an employee or deduction can be made on take home as well?
There is no official salary change due to COVID 19 announced by Govt except few benefits that an employee can use from his savings - Likely PF etc.
