If an employee does not have a relieving letter from any previous jobs. Should they completely avoid including those years from total experience?
Or other documents from that job time can be considered while hiring?

Hi,
Offer letter, experience letter, Pay slips etc. definitely be considered. Some companies didn’t issue relieving letter.
