What law says- Is service letter/certificate enough to show experience in place of relieving letter and experience letter( if not able to submit?
One employee quit previous company in probation period and joined another company. Since it was probation period in first company they are providing only service letter/certificate.
Since they worked only for the probation period only a service letter is enough. If the company’s law may not entitle the employees with the experience letter or relieving letter during the period of probation then service letter should be enough.
