All the Labour Act which are applicable to you depends upon the type of organisation you are. If yours is a Factory, and falling under the eligibility criteria of Factory as defined in the Factories Act, then you need to comply to the Factories Act. If it is registered under S&E Act, then applicable compliances need to be done.
