Need help on Experience letter.
If any employee signed training letter and doing training. If he/she resigns on last month of training completion. Is he/she applicable for Experience letter from the company?

Assumption. You have hired a person as trainee and on completion of training period, the person is supposed to take regular work assignments. The person is not hired as an intern but hired as an employee. Offer letter is issued.
If the assumption is right, please follow the terms and conditions in the offer letter/appointment order. As the person has not even completed training period, it is up to the employer to decide whether to issue experience letter or not. You may issues a training completion letter if the person has completed training.
As you have hired the person as employee, full and final settlement is required and issue relieving letter.
