For Tamilnadu, how much Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) to be deducted from Employee Salary and How much to be contributed by Employer for January’23… Also, confirm how to remit the same to concerned Department…

Hello community member,

Please refer to this latest notification - GO of Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2021.
As per this notification, it is Rs. 20 for employee and Rs. 40 for employer towards the contribution.

The employer can remit the contributions online through https://www.lwb.tn.gov.in/payment.php
