Hi Seniors,

Do we have to pay LWF contribution for all employees or is there any slab?

If an employee gross is more than 21000, do we still have to pay the contribution?

LWF rules differ from state to state. Can you please let’s know the state rules that you are looking for?

Hi Team,

Last year we paid for all the full time employees. IF there is any specific rule or policy kindly let us know on the same we will do it accordingly.

Employees gross salary has nothing to do with LWF. It depends on the slab system of your state and the type of business (Eg: Constrution wil be 1% of your project cost, domestic contruction varies from floor to floor).
No of employees shown in S & E or factory license * slab system of your state (employer and employee contirbution)
