Offer Letter, Appointment letter are accepted with Manual Signature, Digital Signature and it is also Valid if it is shared by Authorised Signatory on email with concerned employee.
But any letter/contract is only Valid in court of law, if it is accepted by both the parties via either means Manual Signature, Digital Signature, consent email reply, etc.
