Hi all,
When we are paying LWF in January month, do we need to consider the employees in December Payroll or for the entire year employees?
Please advice.

You need to consider only employees present in December payroll.

Hi,

you need consider the total number of employees whose names stand in the establishment registers as on 31st Dec.
