Minimum holidays + paid leave in a year

How many minimum Holidays in a year are mandatory for office staff and factory workers

If we give more holidays than minimum required holidays can we reduce annual paid leaves

Working is mon to sat 8 hr

Please share thoughts as per law for maharashtra , It is heard that in budget or after budget some labour laws and pf , leaves law are changing

There are 12+2 concept for holidays in general. i.e. 12 general holidays and 2 Restricted Holidays.

Other than 03 (Independence Day / Republic Day / Gandhi Jayanthi) you can choose the balance 09 obliging to the state rules.
