Hello,

Could anyone please assist regarding PF enrollment for International Workers. Is it mandatory to enroll the foreign nationals if they are working from their home country but not in India and the payment is being from India in Dollars.

It depends on which country the employee is working from.
For each country, there is a separate provision.

For Example Germany & Belgium provides for payment of contributions in their own country for a period of posting up to 60 months for employees of both countries.
