Hello Members,

Thank you each and everyone who participated in the poll. All inputs are much appreciated! You all are awesome :metal:

**POLL RESULTS ARE OUT.

Most of our members preferred Hybrid Model (40%) followed by Work From Home (33%) followed by All of the above (20%) and last Work from office (6%).**

There has been a dynamic shift in the mindset of employees post Covid 19 and the results tell the same story. Most of us are very comfortable with the Hybrid model/Work from home approach.
