How much PT is applicable if employee has resigned and worked only for 8 days in last month ?

At the applicable rate for the salary he has drawn in that month.

Hi Gargee,
What so ever salary employee would be earning on monthly basis but based on the earnings of that month i.e. payable salary on last working day (counting whole month salary) PT will be applicable and as per new rule if salary is more than 12K than Rs. 200/- will be deducted from his salary.
