Hi,

Need some clarification on the employee’s PF contribution :

  1. A new joiner can who’s basic is more than 15000 per month or has not been covered under PF in the previous organization can choose to contribute min PF of Rs.1800.
  2. If an employee already contributes 12% of the basic, can he come back to contributing minimum PF of 1800 per month ?

Can someone guide me on these points please.
