Hi Seniors, As of now we contribute PF on Gross-HRA ) Capped @1800, if any new employee joins and his Gross Salary is more than 15K but Basic Salary is less than 15K so we need to make pension contribution ?

You have not mentioned the salary structure without which it is not possible to give a correct answer.

You need not pay for pension fund.
