How to join an employee without PF enrollment. Even if you have more than 20 employees

HI,
Few companies at the time of sending offer letters send two kinds of CTC one with PF Deduction and the other without PF deduction.

COuld someone please clarify how do companies do that. Because is it not mandatory to enroll employees under PF.

Hi,

For New Joinees, who were not a part of PF in earlier organisations and Monthly basic is above Rs. 15000/-, they can opt out of PF deduction.

Is it Monthly basic of Rs. 15000/- or Gross Salary of Rs. 15000/-?
