My company does not give any sick leave for ESIC applicable employee. Is it in the law or not…please explain.

ESIC covered employees receive sickness benefit from ESIC. So the organization has no obligation to provide Sick Leave

No statutory obligation -Shops Act, Factories Act etc. However oganization can provide additional paid sick leaves based on internal policy.
