Termination after probation

Hello Brilliant minds,

Kindly assist to explain the below, this is mentioned in the appointment letter under termination by company after probation:

a. Subject to Indian Laws, by three months written notice if you are unable or prevented through incapacity or any other cause for any period or periods exceeding 4 (four) weeks in the aggregate in any period of twelve consecutive months from carrying out your duties.
