Wanted to understand the usual Attrition rate in a start-up company with a strength of 250+ employees

Also, wanted to understand the good rate of attrition.

I would like to discuss more on factors for attrition like:

  • Reason for Exit
  • Experience bracket

Main role played in attrition rate is by company C&B policy.

Benefits should be given to employees.

Shift Allowance - extra for night/ PF/ Gratuity/ Medical Insurance/ food coupons / Employee Loans etc.
