While hiring experienced, how do we manage this PF enrolled person joining a start up case. Many may opt out of PF but is there a way to get enrolled in to EPFO for startups with less than 20 emp.
If PF is not applicable to your organisation, then it does not matter whether Employee was covered under PF or no.
Having less than 20 employees and going for PF enrollment will only increase your liability and nothing else.
So, as per my opinion please don’t opt it until it becomes mandatory. It will a win win situation for your[ employer] as no liability and for employees high Net Salary.
