When should we register for EPF?

Hi,

Our organization is small with less than 10 employees. The strength is growing but when should we try to register for EPF? Any specific rules we should know about?

The eligibility for EPF act is 20 and move employee strength however company can enroll themselves before 20 employees.

Hi

As per Statutory rule if you have minimum 20 employees you have to enroll with the PF and Voluntarily you can register even if you have less than 20
