I am trying to find out the basic requirements to be provided by employers to have female employees working after 7 pm.
- Minimum number of women to be present in those shifts?
- Female security staff required?
- Are women entitled to get these guideline clarified by the HR?
- If a woman is being forced to work all alone in the office with just a few maintenance staff (all male) is that allowed?
