Job description
Role & Responsibilities
HR Operations:
-
Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, exit process & documentation.

Maintain HRIS systems and ensure timely and accurate data management.

Handle payroll inputs, compliance, and HR documentation in coordination with finance.
-
Ensure timely employee grievance handling and resolution.
-
Drive HR policies, audits, and process improvements for operational efficiency.
-
Coordinate with various departments for PMS, training schedules, and employee engagement initiatives.
Admin:
-
Manage facility operations, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and vendor management.
-
Monitor office supplies, security, and upkeep of infrastructure.
-
Liaise with external agencies for statutory requirements and audits.
Preferred Candidate Profile
-
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration with min 8 years of experience in HR Operations and Administration.

Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to handle multiple tasks, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
-
Prior experience in manufacturing/plant setup will be an added advantage.
