Hi,

Company is registered under EPFO/ESIC. Currently below things are maintained by me.

  • Payment and Filing ECR for EPFO/ESIC by 15th of month.
  • Register newly joined member on time.
  • Keep inspection books, salary register, Salary slips.
  • Updated attendance register.
  1. Is the checklist complete? Anything missing that I should I maintain or file to complete compliances?
  2. Is there any other returns apart from monthly ECR to file? Is there any annual return?
