For an employees scenario where the first working org. comes under epf act and joins a second org. which doesnt come under the act.
What happen of the funds in their account?

In such cases the accumulated amount shall be transferred to the last used employee’s fund i.e. in the Provident Fund of the establishment left by employee, within such time as may be specified by the Central Government.
