Enrolling , re enrolling to PF. What if organisation doesn’t wish to make employee EPFO member?

If an EPF member once enrolled in any organisation left the service and he/she joins another organisation let’s say after 3 months where organisation is registered under EPFO, but the person is drawing wage more than 15000, (ex. 18000 gross) will have to make contributions for PF? What if organisation doesn’t wish to make him EPFO member?

It depends on whether the employee has withdrawn his PF or not. If he is having an active UAN number and he has not closed this PF account, then the contribution has to be continued.

If the PF account is closed and there is no active UAN number, then by collecting the declaration from the employee, the Employer can exclude him from the PF contribution.
