What is the suggestion for employee maternity benefits if ESI facilities are not available in the close area where the employee stays?

If there is no ESI in the area where an employee stays / Works eventually ESI should not be deducted at all.
If there is an ESI remittance being done, then there is for sure an ESI hospital near by.
Because until and unless ESI writes to a different hospital for undertaking this treatment, we will not be reimbursed nor get covered in the ESI liability.
